Responsibilities:
- You are required to analyse changes and impact on existing application based on customer's requirements and expectations.
- You are required to undertake various software development activities such as coding, testing, bugs fixing and patching.
- You are required to involve in new software Development project using cutting edge software development tools and technologies
- You are required to provide technical customer support via remotely or on-site
- For the post of Assistant Customer Service Manager, you are required to coordinate and liaise with programmer and application consultant to achieve customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Possess at least Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
- Proficient in English (both written and verbal).
- Minimum 1 year of experience in software development.
- Fresh Graduates that are committed and keen to learn are encouraged to apply, training will be provided.
- Computer/IT Student looking for Internship are encouraged to apply, can be converted to permanent position if you have what it takes.
- Possess excellent logical thinking & good problem solving skills.
- Possess the ability to learn and adapt new skillset quickly.
- A good team player, customer oriented.
- Willing to travel.
- Able to work based on deliverables, in a fast pace environment and under minimum supervision.
- Possess skillsets in either ONE of the Skillsets Category below:
- Skillset Category #1: Visual Basic 6, PICK BASIC, U2 Universe Database
- Skillset Category #2: PHP with experience in using php framework, MySQL, Javascript
- Skillset Category #3: Mobile apps for iOS, Android
- Having knowledge in Accounting will be an added avantage.
